Welcome to my Nightmares

i have had many nightmares in the past years. in all this nightmares ive woken up really rattled and shaken up with my heart pounding really past. this nightmare didnt really make alot of sense. it was a combination of different scenes that changed very drastically i was in different places, and i didnt even know in the nightmare how i got there. the nightmare started when i saw myself in a strange place by byself i didnt know anyone. there was a lot of chaos going on builings burning, explosions, people dying and getting injured. the whole time i was tryin to find my way home. i somehow ended up in a cotco looking place that had alot of people running around and i was looking for my mom but i couldnt find her anywhere. i was really worried about her beause i felt that something had happend to her. then the scenery changed and i was home. and i was talking to my sister and asking hr where was my mom. she took me to her and i remember i saw my mom laying down supposedly she was dead or really injured and i started to cry. supposedly in the dream it was my moms birthday and she had supposedly died on her birthday.  when i woke up i was really scared and the first thing i did was go and make my mom up. and told her what had happend. i realized in that moment that i need my mom and if something happend to her it would really hurt me and make me sad, i told her i didnt want to lose her. she calmed me down and told me nothing was going to happen the strange part was that i dreamt that a few days before her birthday so thats what had scared me that most.
